Don't Settle for Less
Most people assume their insurance payout was fair, trusting the system.
But the FCA's recent findings show that insurers often undervalue settlements on written-off or stolen vehicles, meaning you could be missing out on money that's rightfully yours. Times are tough, and now more than ever, it's important to ensure you get what you deserve. Don't let insurers shortchange your money.
Get What You Deserve
We specialise in reviewing insurance settlements and identifying cases where insurers have under settled stolen or written off vehicles.
Our team digs into the details, analysing the circumstances and market data, to assess if your payout was accurate. If you've been shortchanged, we'll fight to secure the full amount you're owed—under a true no-cash, no-fee arrangement. Our fees are on a sliding scale between 36% and 18% inclusive of VAT and we only charge if you receive compensation - if your claim isn't successful, there's no fee.

You Could Be Owed More
A vehicle write off means the insurance company has decided it's not worth repairing or replacing the vehicle after it's been damaged or stolen. This can happen if the vehicle repair costs are higher than the vehicle's value, or if the vehicle is not located. A write off can occur because of any of the following:-
Accident
(your fault or someone else's)
Theft of vehicle
Vandalism
Weather damage
(e.g. storm, fire, flood)
Ensure You weren’t short-changed.
